60-second sermon: the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to God

In a multi-faith, multi-cultural society, how can it be enough for Christians to talk about God in general, when there are so many different views of who God is?

Do not we Christians need to be clear that the God we worship is the God and Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, the only divine Son of the good and loving Creator of all humanity?

The Apostle Peter, speaking to non-Christians in the book of Acts in the New Testament, insisted that there is salvation in no one else other than Jesus Christ.

The New Testament is clear that only the Lord Jesus died on the Cross to forgive us. As the Anglican Book of Common Prayer puts it so biblically, He made there a full, perfect, and sufficient sacrifice for the sins of the whole world.

Is that not why we Christians have a duty of care to people in a multi-faith world to make clear that the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to God?
