from Christian Concern:Tomorrow (24 January) BBC Radio 4’s Women’s Hour is marking the 50th Anniversary of the 1967 Abortion Act. The hosts said on the program today (0m 27s) that they want to hear your views.
This is a great opportunity to expose the truth about abortion and the effect it has on children and mothers.
If you have had an abortion or know someone who has, your story could be especially powerful.
You might want to mention:
- Over 8 million abortions have been performed in the UK since the 1967 Act
- There is evidence suggesting that ‘gender-abortion’ is taking place in the UK and doctors offering it are not being prosecuted
- Abortion has a lasting damaging effect on mothers who have one
