Aisling only took action to protect unborn baby girls after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) refused to prosecute.
But the CPS intervened, took over her case and dropped it. Aisling was then told to pay a total of £36,000 to the two doctors who had been filmed offering ‘gender-abortion’.
She also faces a bill of £11,000 for legal action challenging the CPS’ decision not to prosecute the doctors in the first place.
The Christian Legal Centre has not charged Aisling a penny, and continues to stand with her as she challenges these draconian costs.
