Manchester-based Sun of Freedom links to website selling items with ‘anti-Semitic’ slogans and symbols
A Palestinian aid charity has been accused of promoting merchandise that supports terrorism and violence against Jewish people.
The Sun of Freedom charity carries a link to a website selling a range of apparel that, critics claim, displays slogans and symbols in support of terrorism and equates the actions of Israel in Gaza to those of the Nazi Holocaust against the Jewish people.
The charity is accused of promoting a range of merchandise designed by Mo Hamzeh, one of its directors, under the name Mo Hamz Collection.
One of his designs is a T-shirt sold in aid of Sun of Freedom, which accuses Israel of genocide, holocaust, paedophilia, sex trafficking, organ theft and apartheid against Palestinians.
The £35 shirt’s slogan, which the Mo Hamz Collection describes as one of its best-sellers, also accuses Western nations of “bending the knee” to Israel, in an alleged repetition of the anti-Semitic trope that Israel and Jewish people worldwide control the governments of other countries.
