Bishop of Kano: Eight kidnap victims freed in Nigeria. Many others still held hostage.
The Bishop of Kano wrote this (Saturday) morning that ” Our family friend who was kidnapped was freed today with the seven others with him after paying a ransom. We thank God for his intervention and thank you for your prayers. He said many people were shot to death in their presence. Thank all for your continued prayers. The Lord Jesus has heard and answered our prayers. We are so grateful for the freedom miracle. God bless you all. Please still keep praying for many more others still in captivity as hostages just for money. Its a very gloomy world for them.” See February 13 report here
