National Day of Prayer about Abortion

Oct 15, 2018 by

Saturday 27 October 2018:

51 years.

Over 8 million abortions.

Over 10% of the population.

A National Day of Prayer about abortion is held each year on 27th October, the anniversary of the passing of the Abortion Act.

When the Act was passed 50 years ago assurances were given that abortion would be limited to a small number of exceptional cases.  Now we have virtually abortion on demand.

In 2017 206,880 babies were aborted in England, Wales and Scotland  – on average, over 560 each day.  98% of all abortions were “social abortions” and more than one third of these were repeat abortions.

Please join us in prayer.
