Stefano Gabbana: ‘I Am Not Gay, I Am A Man’

Once again, fashion designers Dolce & Gabbana are bucking the trend on identity politics and leftist principles pertaining to sexuality.

Though the fashion designers live what can only be classified as an openly homosexual lifestyle, they have routinely denounced the modern Left’s war on gender norms and familial structures. Back in 2015, the pair stoked the liberal flames when they criticized artificial insemination and in-vitro fertilization as well as the concept of “gay adoption.”

“You are born to a mother and a father — or at least that’s how it should be,” Dolce said. “I call children of chemistry, synthetic children. Rented uterus, semen chosen from a catalog.”

Gabbana concurred, adding, “The family is not a fad. In it there is a supernatural sense of belonging.”

Despite the outrage that soon followed, D&G continued to stay in business and have been going strong since.

In a recent interview, Stefano Gabbana laid a new one on people by demanding he not be called “gay” and just simply “man.”

“I’m just surprised at how, still to this day, people call me gay,” Stefano Gabbana told Corriere in an exclusive interview. “But why ‘gay’ in reality, I am a man. Why should we define men? I’m biologically a man, in the sense that I am a male or like a woman. At my place they could call her ‘gay’ but if she’s a woman she is a female.” Gabbana simultaneously rejects identity labels for his sexuality while acknowledging that only two biological sexes exist. Somebody call the woke police.

“The word ‘gay’ is just a word, an invented word that is used to identify people,” he continued. “But I don’t want to be identified or classified based on my sexual choice. Homosexuality has always existed, it’s not new. I am not gay, I am a man. That’s it.”
