Labour has adopted a chilling definition of “Islamophobia” which, if Labour wins the next Election, it’s expected to incorporate into its proposed Race Equality Act.

Free speech will be one of the major casualties of a Labour government it increasingly seems. We must not confuse hatred against individual Muslims with criticism of Islam, which Labour does. No religion, no ideology, should be free from criticism. This definition of Islamophobia links Islam with racism — Islam is not a race — and is so vague that it would cover anything that a complainant “perceived” to be Islamophobic.
