Celebrate Gafcon Sunday!

Jun 19, 2020 by

June 28th is Gafcon Sunday when we shall be celebrating the 12th anniversary of the historic Jerusalem Statement and Declaration and this gives us a great opportunity to promote Gafcon’s global vision and ministry.

Summary of prayer points here.

We have produced some special resources for the day – see the  Gafcon Sunday ‘toolkit’ of resources which can be downloaded here. We have made sure that the resources are digital and they can be shared through the Gafcon UK website and in church livestreams, broadcasts and social media. In particular:

– BRAND NEW Overview Video: a 2 minute video which clearly explains how Gafcon started and how Gafcon is proclaiming, gathering, equipping and contending faithful Anglicans around the world.

– Global Anglicans Moment & Prayer: A bitesize piece of news and prayer request designed to be used in your church’s communications to keep congregations in touch around the world.

– Nicene Creed – the Nicene Creed recited line by line by Anglicans around the world. A wonderful video to be shared in your church’s livestreams and broadcasts and social media platforms.
